Shop Supervisor​/Mechanic

• Assist in keeping needed inventory levels by overseeing physical counts and reconciling with upcoming production needs
• Complete regular and timely maintenance on the company’s vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Repair or replace vehicles, equipment, and tools as necessary
• Maintain all vehicles to DOT and OSHA requirements
• Lead and develop our warehouse staff
• Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management
• Ensure every part of our facility is consistently clean and in working order
• Receive and store inventory in an efficient and economical manner
• Help maintain warehouse to showroom level
• Assist with the company’s tool inventory program
• Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience by getting the products, equipment, and tools they need at the right time
• Other duties as necessary

• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Effective computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder

Full‑time (40 hrs/wk).
