Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Technical Design office. Support managers and employees through tasks related to organization and communication. Effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Utilize computer software, i.e. MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to plan and schedule work.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Minimum of three (3) years performing administrative duties or working in a similar capacity.
