As our new
Office Coordinator
, you will be ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations while creating a welcoming experience for every visitor, caller, and colleague who walks through our doors. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Business Support team, you'll create impact by Creating a well-organized, professional office environment that empowers teams to focus on what they do best and leaves a lasting positive impression on every client interaction.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors through in-person greetings, phone, and email
- Manage calendars for common spaces, ensuring efficient scheduling and availability
- Monitor and restock office supplies to keep the workplace fully equipped
- Submit and track maintenance requests to maintain a safe and comfortable office environment
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document handling and coordination tasks

Above all, you are a personable, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for creating a positive office experience. We would also imagine that you have:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar management tools
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with facilities management or maintenance request systems
- Background in a client-facing or customer service environment
- Familiarity with office supply inventory management

The salary range for this position is $ 50,000.00 - $56,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
