Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers:
  Coordinate the scheduling of caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve.
• Manage client schedules:
  Work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and create personalized schedules that meet those needs.
• Coordinate transportation:
  Arrange for transportation to and from appointments, doctor's visits, and other events as needed.
• Communicate with caregivers:
  Ensure that caregivers have all the necessary information and resources to provide exceptional care to our clients.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts:
  Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find creative solutions to ensure that our clients receive the care they need.
• Maintain accurate records:
  Accurately maintain records of caregiver scheduling, client needs, and any changes or updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
