Inspector / Resident Project Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector/Resident Project Representative (RPR) to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance during the construction of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting construction sites, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project requirements.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the inspection and construction oversight of civil engineering projects
- LADOTD Certifications in any of the following is preferred:
- Embankment and Base Course
- PCC Paving
- Asphalt Concrete Mixture (ACM) Paving
- Structural Concrete
- Knowledgeable in the latest edition of the Louisiana Standard Specification for Roads and Bridges
- Knowledgeable in various regulatory standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Knowledgeable in necessary material testing requirements
- Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g., Procore, Headlight and/or MS Office)
- Proficient in the use of computers and iPads
- Excellent verbal communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasks
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
