Project Manager - Civil Construction

• Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation to maintain project progress and meet key milestones.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors to drive efficient execution and resolve issues in real time.
• Monitor project costs, job budgets, and financial performance while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs, regulatory requirements, and jobsite standards while promoting a culture of accountability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate effectively across all departments
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, project management principles, safety regulations, and risk management.
• Knowledge of project documentation, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills across all company divisions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage civil construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain productive jobsite operations.
• Ability to identify risks, implement solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within civil construction.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with construction software platforms such as Procore and Deltek Computer Ease is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
