Essential Functions- Technical CAD Support, includes providing technical support to CAD users, resolving software and hardware issues for various version of Autodesk and 3rd party CAD software
- Software Installation and Configuration:
Install and maintain multiple CAD software and versions - CAD system maintenance:
Assist with routine maintenance of CAD workstations including software patches and updates - Spec Generation (CADWorx and Autodesk Plant 3d)
- Experience with supporting CAD products
- Knowledge of windows active directory concepts, networking, and hardware
- Strong working knowledge CADWorx, Autodesk Plant 3d, Autodesk Advance Steel, Autodesk Civil 3d, Autodesk Forma (ACC,BIM 360), Autodesk Recap, laserscans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced motivation, organized, and solution advocate
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
- Preferred Experience:
4+ years CAD Support
