• Produce, manage, and/or oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Month-end and year-end process
• Report Financials to Parent Company, meeting monthly deadlines
• Accounts payable/receivable
• General ledger maintenance and analysis
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Bank account and credit card reconciliations
• ASC 842 Compliance
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with GAAP.
• Review and validate accuracy of job costing for all revenue and expenditures.
• Other duties commensurate with this role.

• Minimum BS degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance or related field. Masters a plus.
• 5-7 years of successful experience as a Sr. Accountant, Assistant Controller or Controller in a for profit setting.
• Expert Excel skills along with strong Accounting software experience. Advanced computer knowledge.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Desire to work on-site, in-person.
