As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care services in the comfort of our clients' homes.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Home Care Recruiting and Training professional to join our team in Mandeville, LA
. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff members, as well as implementing strategies to improve staff retention.

• Recruit and hire qualified caregivers to join our team
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new staff members are properly trained and prepared for client care
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate staff on Bright Care Home Care policies, procedures, and best practices
• Analyze staff retention data and develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client care transitions
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, training, and client care

Participation in office coordination for all day to day functions of the office. This is not a remote position and candidate will need to be in the office every day from 8am-4pm M-F.
