Juniper Partners Holdings is the brokerage arm supporting Chambers Health Trust (CHT), a group health insurance trust serving employer groups across the state.

CHT began as a solution for medical practices looking for more stable, transparent health coverage. As the model proved out, we expanded to offer plans to employer groups across a wider set of industries. We’re still a small team, which means there isn’t much bureaucracy. People here help design how things work, from the sales process to client support to how we position the Trust in the market.

We’re hiring a licensed producer to bring new employer groups into Chambers Health Trust and help grow our broker network.

• Generate and manage outbound employer leads
• Run discovery conversations and evaluate fit
• Coordinate quotes with underwriting
• Guide groups through enrollment
• Stay involved through renewal

You’ll also work with brokers—recruiting partners, helping them understand the Trust, and working on joint opportunities when appropriate.

We’ll provide support, leads, and infrastructure, but this role requires someone comfortable building their own pipeline and working independently.

In the first year, success typically includes:

• Building a qualified pipeline
• Enrolling several employer groups
• Activating broker relationships that begin producing business
• Helping refine how we position and sell the Trust

This is a role where your input will shape how we grow.

Required

• Licensed health insurance producer in Louisiana.
• Experience selling group health or employee benefits.
• Comfortable sourcing and managing your own leads.
• Able to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience with self-funded plans, trusts, or captives.
• Existing broker relationships.

You’ll have real influence on how Chambers Health Trust grows.

Base salary of $60,000–$80,000 plus commission.

Chambers Health Trust pays a 5% commission on premiums. Producers earn a tiered share of that commission on new business, plus renewal income on retained accounts. Additional incentives are available for developing broker relationships.
