• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
• Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
• Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
• Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
• Prepare guests records for services
• Participate in special events to promote studio
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Salon/front desk/Mind Body POS system experience a plus
• Competitive compensation plan with potential to make $11 - $12 per hour plus commission based on performance
