Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and keeping a community running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Grand Palms apartment community in Mandeville and help provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home for our residents.

From electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and apartment make-readies, every day brings something new. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

• Troubleshoot problems and identify effective repair solutions
• Perform routine maintenance for residents, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
• Complete work safely and in compliance with company safety standards
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and service requests
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive resident experience
• Grounds maintenance duties such as keeping the grounds clear of debris, pressuring washing buildings, and pool maintenance.

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general apartment maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools
• Need additional tools? We can assist with tool purchases when necessary.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
