Senior Building Inspector - Code Compliance & Field Lead

The City of Manhattan Beach is seeking a Senior Building Inspector for the Community Development Department. The successful candidate will conduct inspections of residential and commercial constructions to ensure compliance with applicable codes and plans. Responsibilities include inspecting construction work, advising contractors and the public on building codes, and maintaining records. A high school diploma and four years of construction inspection experience, including two years in primary trades, are required.

A valid California driver’s license and relevant certifications are preferred.
