Leading Global Lifestyle Brand is seeking mid-level Print Production Designer with strong, hands-on production experience. This is a highly executional role focused on resizing and adapting existing creative for a variety of print and out-of-home deliverables. If you love perfecting files, ensuring pixel-perfect and print-ready work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You’ll work on a wide range of assets including:

• In-store displays and marketing signage
• Out-of-home (OOH) advertising
• Packaging assets
• Point-of-purchase (POP) and tradeshow materials

• Execute high-volume resizes and adaptations for print, OOH, POP, and packaging.
• Ensure all files meet print-production standards (bleeds, color, resolution, dielines, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency across formats and sizes using existing brand assets and guidelines.
• Prepare and package final, press-ready files for vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and traffic/production to meet tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong print focus.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in advertising/print production; prior agency and/or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to understand and manage task priorities.
