Dentistry on the Blvd is looking for a talented and passionate Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a patient-focused, modern dental practice where your skills and dedication will truly make a difference every single day.

• Assist dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and dental equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental X-rays (digital radiographs) as directed
• Record patient medical histories, treatment notes, and updates in dental practice management software
• Educate patients on post-operative care and proper oral hygiene practices
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist with ordering as needed
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience that puts patients at ease throughout their visit

• Current DA or RDA certification/license in the state of California preferred
• Experience with chairside assisting in a dental office setting
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control standards
• Proficiency with dental X-rays and digital radiography systems
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) a plus
