Are you a Senior Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer with experience supporting missile systems, interceptors, autonomous platforms or countermeasure technologies? Do you enjoy building high fidelity simulations that influence critical engineering decisions? Do you want to shape next generation defense technologies before they ever reach the battlefield? If so, this opportunity may be the right next step for you.

This organization develops advanced autonomous defense technologies that combine intelligent sensing, mission software and high performance air vehicles to solve some of the most demanding challenges in modern defense. Engineers work in small, multidisciplinary teams where ideas move rapidly from concept into deployed capability, giving you genuine technical ownership from day one.
Relocation assistance is available for engineers looking to move to Southern California and join one of the fastest growing engineering teams in defense technology.

The Senior Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer will develop high fidelity simulations and mission level analyses supporting missile systems, interceptors, autonomous air vehicles and advanced countermeasure technologies. Your work will directly influence engineering decisions, product strategy and mission effectiveness.

As the Senior Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer your responsibilities will include
  • Developing high fidelity mission level and Six Degree of Freedom simulations
  • Evaluating missile, interceptor and autonomous system performance across complex operational scenarios
  • Conducting Monte Carlo analysis, mission effectiveness studies and operational trade off assessments
  • Developing Python based modeling, analysis and visualization tools
  • Presenting technical recommendations that directly influence engineering and product decisions
As the Senior Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer you will bring
  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting missile systems, autonomous platforms or defense operational analysis
  • Strong Python programming and scientific computing capability
  • Experience with Six Degree of Freedom simulation, Monte Carlo analysis or mission level modeling
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to multidisciplinary engineering teams

The Senior Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer will join a rapidly growing engineering organization developing clean sheet defense technologies from concept through deployment. This role offers meaningful pre IPO equity, comprehensive relocation support, outstanding benefits and clear opportunities to progress into technical leadership while working alongside some of the industry's best missile, autonomy and mission analysis engineers.

All successful applicants will be contacted within two working days.
