What You’llDo:

• Advise executives and businesses on employment law compliance
• Negotiate executive exits and severance packages
• Draft employment agreements and HR policies
• Respond to demand letters and manage mediation prep
• Shape legal strategies for sensitive, high-stakes employment matters
• Choose your lane: client-facing or compliance/support-focused
