- Book shipments with forwarders from factories to warehouses.
- Monitor in-transit shipments and update Net Suite (NS) with shipment status.

- Coordinate with warehouses to confirm inbound receipt and inventory updates.
- Plan and forecast shipping requirements with the 3PL provider.
- Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely release of orders for delivery.
- Verify vendor guides are adhered to by reviewing requirements, setting accounts in Net Suite (NS), and communicating guidelines to the 3PL provider.
- Support the 3PL provider with returns, inventory management, receiving, and shipping tasks.
- Track and evaluate 3PL performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the logistics teams for sister brands (Lolë and Garneau) to ensure consistency in processes and provide backup support when needed.
- Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, including production, warehouse teams, and external logistics providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations, with a strong focus on both inbound and outbound processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Net Suite experience is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and 3PL operations.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Decompress together when it’s hard. The work isn’t always easy, and we don’t pretend otherwise. Releasing steam as a team is part of how we keep doing hard things well.
- Invest in the relationships. Good collaboration doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from people who’ve taken the time to know each other beyond the project at hand.
- Communicate openly and directly. We say what we mean, we say it early, and we say it to the person who needs to hear it.
- Show up. Team gatherings, check-ins, off-sites, and the in-between moments are where trust gets built. Being present for them is part of the role.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A collaborative and innovative work environment.
- The chance to play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic and growing brand
