Night Nanny / Newborn Caregiver (Certified Nursery) – Let Mommy Sleep, Southern California

Los Angeles, CA (Manhattan Beach, Long Beach, Pasadena, and surrounding areas)

Caregivers support new families by providing evidence‑based overnight newborn care and postpartum care. Responsibilities include soothing, feeding, diapering, swaddling, and nurturing infants overnight, along with compassionate support and education to parents. Breast and bottle feeding support, safety instruction, and mental and physical postpartum support for new parents are also expected.

• Provide overnight newborn care from 10pm to 6am, keeping parents informed and supported.
• Support breast and bottle feeding, including safety instruction.
• Offer mental and physical postpartum support to new parents.
• Maintain clean and safe environment for infants.
• Follow all safety and health protocols.

• At least 3 years of experience working with infants and newborns.
• Current flu shot, fully vaccinated (MMR, HepB, Tdap) and practicing COVID‑19 safety measures; proof of up‑to‑date vaccines within the last 10 years.
• Valid CPR/First Aid/BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Clean background check (Trust Line).
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to commute around Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

• RN/LVN/HHA/CNA license or certificate.
• Experience with twins or triplets.

Pay range: $24.00–$45.00 per hour for a single baby; additional compensation for twins, triplets, or higher qualifications.

Full‑time, part‑time, temporary.

• Night shift (10pm–6am) – Preferred.
