Join a top commercial real estate team in South Bay and Los Angeles. Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay office is looking for a motivated professional to become part of our Office & Industrial Investment Sales division.

This role offers a solid growth opportunity within a respected leader in commercial real estate. You’ll work with a diverse range of office and industrial properties—identifying opportunities, guiding clients through complex deals, and helping investors make informed decisions. • Access to CoStar, the leading commercial MLS platform
• Use of Salesforce CRM for managing deals and tracking progress
• Exclusive access to the proprietary MNET listing system
• Comprehensive market research through Lexis Nexis
• Lead engagement and communication powered by Constant Contact
• Completion of Marcus & Millichap University training and certification
• Structured 5-month development program with regular 90-day progress reviews Responsibilities:
• Actively grow your business by reaching out to clients through 60+ daily cold calls, meetings, and attending industry events.
• Guide clients expertly to meet their investment objectives, including valuation, acquisitions, and property sales.
• Perform detailed property evaluations such as Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market analysis, and research.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions and industry trends through ongoing research.
• Promote exclusive listings to a carefully selected pool of qualified buyers to maximize deal exposure.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts to expand your professional network.
• Lead contract negotiations including exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements.
• Participate in advanced training sessions and development programs to continuously enhance your commercial real estate skills.
