* You assist in building sales, guest traffic and increasing profits.

* You assist in financial results and setting the strategy for managers and restaurant.

* You inspect quality of food preparation and service; food appearance; and cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and employee appearance.

* You drive a culture of building sales through great execution and building profits by focusing on the details.

* You ensure teammates have the proper tools to succeeded.

* You are familiar with ordering/inventory processing and payroll.

* You demonstrate the ability to identify talent within and outside of the restaurant.

* You like hiring, developing, evaluating and performance management of the kitchen team.

* You like maintaining a budgeted food cost & daily/weekly inventory levels.

* You like creating teammates schedules.

* You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.

* You practice what you preach.
