• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool use.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, ensure customers are satisfied, exceed expectations, and drive solutions.
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance, keeping store clean, attractive, and organized.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.

$25.02 - $39.02 per hour.
