Overview

We are hiring Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our retail team. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and merchandising in a dynamic store environment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales (10+ years preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree and related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in fast‑paced specialty retail (10+ years preferred).
• Leadership skills: excellent customer experience behaviors, strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving, sound decision making, effective delegation and validation, efficient execution of daily priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the basic functions of the job.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Fit Expert: $21.50 per hour (base $17.50 plus bonus $4.00+ per hour).
• Sales Lead: $22.50 per hour (base $18.50 plus bonus $4.00+ per hour).
