CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Manhattan Beach, CA. This 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training is designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager through a mix of virtual and hands-on experiences.
You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills, merchandising, and store operations knowledge. A path to promotion exists based on performance and openings.
