Seasonal Tax Professional experienced in diverse tax needs. Provide client relationships growing year over year.

• Conduct client tax interviews face-to-face and virtually via video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; audit representation for Circular 230 associates.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments.
• Comfort using virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must complete continuing education and meet all IRS and state requirements.
• High school diploma or higher.
