We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and personable Accounting Office Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Do:

• Process and manage vehicle titles accurately and efficiently
• Handle accounts payable, receivables and assist with general accounting tasks to include inventory and data input
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support daily operations of the accounting office
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and vendors
• Assist with additional dealership office duties as needed

• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Previous automotive or accounting experience is a plus, but not required
