* This person should be within 10 miles of Manhattan, and have the ability and willingness to be in Greenwich, CT as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Run errands, including shopping, deliveries, and returns
- Coordinate household needs such as vendors, services, and maintenance
- Arrange transportation and manage travel logistics (cars, trains, flights)
- Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, and daily plans
- Provide in-person support at the executive’s residence(s)
- Accompany the executive as needed for travel, meetings, or events
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
- Handle ad hoc tasks and last-minute requests
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Ability to travel frequently between CT, MA, and NYC
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Valid passport and ability to travel as needed
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
