Amazon Process Assistant (Full-time)

When you join this full‑time role you will receive in‑role training at an operating site lasting over 5 weeks. The training will be located more than 50 miles from the home site. All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon.

Rural Super Rural (RSR) is a division that focuses on ensuring customers receive their deliveries and are satisfied even in remote areas. Process Assistants are part of RSR’s Last Mile operations and are responsible for the daily management of department duties such as labor allocation, meeting leadership, job assignments, work direction, and communication with internal and external suppliers.

• Track and report ATS/labor hours
• Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates, and verify SOP compliance
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely, detailed feedback
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
• Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals
• Review and update SOPs as required
• Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped
• Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives
• Coach associates on proper safety practices at all times
• Ensure all job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or prior Amazon experience
• Awareness and willingness to use OPEX tools and techniques
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) across various organizational levels
• History of meeting or exceeding departmental goals
• Experience leading teams
• Ability to provide direction to team members using independent judgment
• Strong organization and time‑management skills

Starting pay for this position is outlined below, including the base pay rate and the highest available shift differential depending on the selected shift. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors such as shift selection and location.
