We're in Phase 1. We're building something from scratch and need hungry people who want to grow with us.
The RoleYour job is simple: book qualified appointments for our New Business Managers.
You'll be calling and reaching out to prospects across the US, UK, EU, and ANZ markets. When they're interested, you book the meeting, get paid a bonus. CSM closes the deal. You get paid another bonus.
You’ll be supported by:
- Revenue Ops providing warm leads and target lists
- CRM and tools to track everything
- Training and scripts to get you started
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - this is non-negotiable
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
- Resilient - you'll hear "no" a lot, but you keep going
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Hungry to earn
- Base salary
- Wages paid weekly (not monthly)
- Commission on every qualified appointment booked
- Bonus on appointments that convert to sales
- Annual OTE $40,000
