Position Description

Our ideal candidate will have a track record of team leadership, excellent critical thinking skills, and an adaptable mindset. This role will partner with multiple department leaders and teams to understand and learn the day-to-day operations of our business in preparation for stepping into a future position with Steel and Pipe Supply.

Note:

This position should be open to travel and possible relocation opportunities if they present themselves. It is designed to build leaders within our organization as we grow our business in both existing and new markets across the country.

This position will begin with a 30–60 day period of general company training. Following that, rotations will be assigned with a designated timeline to assist in learning every aspect of the business, including Sales, Purchasing, Accounting/Finance, Transportation, and Leadership/Management.
