Event Rental Inventory Specialist
The position is responsible for preparing, maintaining, loading, unloading, cleaning, inspecting, staging, and storing all event rental inventory. This includes tents, canopies, tables, linens, inflatables, concession equipment, dishes, glassware, catering equipment, dance floors, and all other event rental items. The goal of the position is to ensure every rental leaves clean, complete, safe, organized, and customer ready while maintaining an organized warehouse and rental fleet.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
Must be 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to work full time, including occasional evenings and weekends as business requires. Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, event rental, or equipment rental experience is preferred but not required.
