- National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility:
Manhattan, Kansas
Pay: $37.96/hr. plus fringe benefit of $9.87/hr.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - Time TBD

- Observe and document daily construction activities.
- Verify that materials, workmanship, and methods comply with contract documents.
- Ensure the contractor follows approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Monitor construction quality and workmanship.
- Identify defects or deviations and report them to supervisors or project managers.
- Witness and document testing of materials (e.g., soil compaction, concrete strength).
- Act as a liaison between the contractor, project manager, engineers, and owner/client.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and photo documentation.
- Attend progress meetings and relay on-site conditions to the project team.
- Ensure contractors follow contract terms and approved change orders.
- Assist in reviewing and verifying contractor pay applications and schedules.
- Monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site‑specific safety standards.
- Report and document safety violations or incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
- Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to obtaining facility access (PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
- Employees may be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility, as well as meeting ongoing program requirements to maintain eligibility and compliance.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- No relocation assistance is available.
- Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is a federal contractor and is required to comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 (which supersedes state laws to include cannabis). Employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel pre‑employment drug screen, random drug and alcohol screenings, and background/reference checks.
