Personal Banker

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and account needs
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing transactions
• Support branch goals through relationship building and community involvement
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive customer experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
