Job Description

Kloesel Engineering is seeking a part-time friendly, professional, and customer-focused part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires 15–20 hours per week and offers a pay rate of $30 per hour.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
