We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping others, loves solving problems, and takes pride in getting the details right.
In this role, you will be a trusted resource for school leaders, educators, and our internal sales team. You will help customers navigate our eLearning platform, ensure accounts are set up correctly, provide outstanding support, and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do Customer Support- Respond to customer questions and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist school administrators and educators with eLearning platform support.
- Troubleshoot account access and user management issues.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
- Assist with order processing and account administration to support customer success.
- Set up user accounts and assign online learning content.
- Generate reports and assist customers with account-related requests.
- Ensure customer accounts, enrollments, reports, and orders are set up accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Net Suite.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial purchase through successful implementation.
- Help ensure customer requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with account management and customer follow-up activities.
- Serve as a proactive partner to the sales team by helping ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our eLearning solutions and services.
- Stay current on product features and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
- Are highly detail-oriented and notice things others often miss.
- Take ownership and follow through until issues are fully resolved.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
- Are comfortable learning technology and troubleshooting customer questions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Education, teaching, instructional coaching, school support services, or educational technology.
