Purple Wave, Inc. in Manhattan, KS, is hiring a Customer Service Associate Tier I to support a fast-paced online auction environment. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, chat, and in-person, educate bidders on processes, and handle payments while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
Two shifts are available (8:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am-7:00pm) with occasional schedule adjustments. Training and growth opportunities into Tier II roles and other departments are provided.
