About This Role
The Academic Program Specialist serves in the College of Arts & Sciences Deans Office Center for Student Success & Engagement. The incumbent will be responsible for greeting students and visitors, academic and student correspondence, KSIS updates, student records, and supporting student events. This position will report to the Assistant Director I of Academic Student Services within the Student Success and Engagement Office.

What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years experience in general office and administrative support work.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing including editing.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly-organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience working on a computer and demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- The ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
