Student Engagement Coordinator

The College of Agriculture is hiring a Student Engagement Coordinator. The coordinator drives student involvement by organizing programs, events, and initiatives while collaborating with various college and campus stakeholders. They also manage marketing efforts, support student organizations, coordinate major college ceremonies, and assist with recruitment and outreach activities.

• Develop and coordinate student engagement programs and college-wide events.
• Create targeted marketing and social media campaigns to promote participation.
• Support orientation, transition, and recruitment initiatives including summer camps.
• Coordinate signature events such as commencement and senior awards ceremonies.
• Supervise student employees involved in engagement activities.
• Use data analysis to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Ag Council and support student organizations’ events and meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with student information systems preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license required.
• Hourly pay range: $24.76 - $29.57.
