About This Role
Kansas State University’s Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a full‑time Aviation Management faculty member. The successful candidate shall teach undergraduate students covering general aviation and aviation management curricula (existing andfuture courses). This is a full‑time, 9‑month, non‑tenure track position.

Minimum Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Aviation or closely related field and at least three (3) years minimum technical experience in the aviation industry.
- OR, Bachelor’s Degree with at least six (6) years of relevant industry experience.
- The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.
- Ability to connect to the aviation industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment and with a variety of students, faculty, and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Three (3) years instructional experience in an education or training setting.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
