About This Role
Kansas State University and the College of Architecture, Planning & Design/Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional & Community Planning wishes to hire a temporary part-time instructor in our on-campus regional & community planning program. Candidate will be able to teach courses with expertise related ton graphic composition and representation for planning and will have prior teaching experience. Temporary instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours, and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading.
Instructor is expected to provide students with a syllabus outlining the course goals, schedule, and all requirements for the course under the direction of the Department Head.

What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or doctorate in Urban Planning, Community Development, or a closely allied field.
The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
