Ministry to children, youth, and their families: including teaching, leadership, discipleship, mentoring leaders, and administration. Oversight of all child and youth ministries, direct involvement with youth. Opportunities to engage in the full range of pastoral ministries including teaching, discipleship, counseling, visitation, evangelism, baptisms, communion, weddings, funerals, and prayer.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Committed follower of Jesus Christ.
* Elder qualified according to 1
Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
* Completed theological training (seminary preferred).
* Full agreement with the Grace Baptist Statement of Faith and position statements.
* Competent in basic pastoral duties.
