Commercial Loan Coordinator – Manhattan
Join our Commercial Lending team in Manhattan as a Loan Coordinator!
As a Commercial Loan Coordinator you will be responsible for commercial loan data gathering and commercial loan client service from pre‑approval to closing and everywhere in‑between. You will also review and verify loan documentation, entity documents, and all associated collateral instruments.
You will establish and maintain effective business relationships with our clients, outside vendors, and other team members, and by providing exceptional support to our Commercial Lenders, you will enjoy a unique opportunity to learn the business of commercial banking.
This position also gives you the opportunity to learn what happens behind‑the‑scenes at a financial institution, while also providing paths for personal and career growth and development.
Responsibilities- Gather commercial loan data and provide client service from pre‑approval to closing.
- Review and verify loan documentation, entity documents, and all associated collateral instruments.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients, outside vendors, and other team members.
- Assist Commercial Lenders, supporting them in learning the business of commercial banking.
- Conduct research and solve complex questions to find answers.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work.
- Adapt to changes, maintain flexibility, and manage workflow consistently.
- Strong research skills and a passion for finding answers.
- Excellent time management, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Wages starting at $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience and location.
