Our Government Finance department and non‑profit lending offers a vital service to cities, counties, schools, fire districts, and other municipal entities by helping them secure the financing necessary to grow and serve their community. • Communicate with internal employees and bank customers via email and phone.
• Gather information and research related to loan issues.
• Post loan payments and quote payoffs.
• Track titles, insurance, and missing originals.
• Balance internal deposit and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain the participations portfolio.

• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility with the ability to shift quickly between multiple demands.
• Curiosity and drive to learn and understand the connections involved.
• Ability to complete tasks on time and without errors.

This is a full‑time position located at our Kansas Farm Bureau offices in Manhattan. The position runs Monday through Friday. The starting wage is $18 to $20 per hour.
