Our Government Finance department and non‑profit lending offers a vital service to cities, counties, schools, fire districts, and other municipal entities by helping them secure the financing necessary to grow and serve their community. Responsibilities- Communicate with internal employees and bank customers via email and phone.
- Gather information and research related to loan issues.
- Post loan payments and quote payoffs.
- Track titles, insurance, and missing originals.
- Balance internal deposit and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain the participations portfolio.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Flexibility with the ability to shift quickly between multiple demands.
- Curiosity and drive to learn and understand the connections involved.
- Ability to complete tasks on time and without errors.

This is a full‑time position located at our Kansas Farm Bureau offices in Manhattan. The position runs Monday through Friday. The starting wage is $18 to $20 per hour.
