Join our Retail team at our Highway 24 branch in Manhattan as a Retail Team Lead! Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients.

The Retail Team Lead position assumes a comprehensive responsibility in assisting the Retail Manager with the effective and efficient operation of a branch in accordance with bank policies and legal requirements. The teller including the team lead position, provides an opportunity to learn what happens at a financial institution, while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development.

We are looking for someone who can help can create a positive work environment for the team and promote a culture of exemplary client service through example, guidance and motivation. This is a full-time position at our Highway 24 branch in Manhattan. Wages start at $19 to $22 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
