Funding Specialist – Walser Automotive Group

, you’ll ensure every vehicle deal is processed accurately and efficiently, supporting cash flow and compliance while living our family-focused culture and core values.

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Opportunities for growth and development

• Manage contracts, funding submissions, and lender communications
• Review deals for missing or incomplete paperwork
• Collect lender stipulations and ensure all rebates, contracts, and schedules are accurate in Tekion
• Submit contracts to banks and monitor cash flow
• Coordinate intake calls and resolve payment issues
• Assist sales staff with contract printing and reviews
  
  Maintain CIT spreadsheets and prepare reports for management
