ResponsibilitiesThe Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, working directly with clients, the sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities, ensuring the best fit in terms of account types, products, or additional services, building and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients, answering questions or inquiries from commercial deposit and treasury management clients, resolving client issues, maintaining analysis, identifying additional client needs, and escalating for the Treasury Management Processors and sales team.
This role also provides treasury management support, including assisting clients with questions regarding business products and services, and training.
QualificationsHigher education in business or a finance related field is preferred, along with one to two years of commercial or retail banking experience.
Candidates should have a sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services, accounts receivables, general understanding of bank operations and accounting. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision.
Requirements: ability to work both independently and as part of a team, professional attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, maintain confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with clients.
BenefitsThis is a full-time position at our Westloop branch in Manhattan, Monday through Friday, with wages starting at $15 to $20 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
