Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Military Treatment Coordinator to support active-duty service members, veterans, and their families across our region.
This role is more than coordination! It is leadership, advocacy, and partnership-building. You will serve as the bridge between Pawnee Mental Health, Fort Riley, the VA, and community providers to ensure military-connected clients receive culturally competent, coordinated, and high-quality behavioral health care.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary liaison between Pawnee Mental Health and military/veteran partners including Fort Riley and the VA
- Provide community-based assistance, outreach, and resource referrals
- Train and educate staff on best practices in military- and veteran-informed care
- Oversee and strengthen Pawnee’s Military & Veteran Treatment Program
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Develop and refine policies related to military and veteran services
- Represent Pawnee in community committees and military-related events
