We are seeking a full time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, will consider a part time or PRN candidate!

• Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients
• Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices
• Complete your weekly documentation using the latest Raintree EMR
• Comply with all state and federal guidelines for PT
