She is particularly known for her ability to help patients who have “tried everything else,” using a multidisciplinary approach that targets not only physical symptoms but the neurological and emotional layers of pain.

We are looking for a Therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies our vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence-based practice and literature supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.
Responsibilities- Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
- Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
- Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to):
- Develop short and long-term goals for patients
- Implement plan of care
- Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
- Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
- Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.
- Plan and execute discharge of patient
- Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third party payers, case managers, etc.

- Proven work experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise

- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
