Job Summary:

Provide expert physical therapy services to patients, promoting recovery and improving mobility through individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to care protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop customized treatment plans to address their needs.
• Implement therapy techniques and exercises to facilitate healing and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals.
• Maintain thorough, accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Have relevant experience in outpatient or specialized therapy settings preferred.
• Maintain current CPR certification and familiarity with healthcare documentation requirements.
